Sunset Knoll BH June Bug

June has her dam's great length of body, a long neck, nice length of rump, is mostly level from thurl to thurl, has nice straight front legs that are set under her withers, good rear leg angulation, she's flatboned and smoothly blended throughout.  She first freshened in 2024 as a 2 year old with a socked on udder, displaying a near ideal height and strong attachments with well placed, large teats.  To top it all off she has her dam's large, expressive, kind eyes and a super sweet personality.  She's pretty much my favorite of the herd. ;)

My daughter brought June to her first show for 4-H during our local fair.  June was a dream in this new environment and also brought home a ribbon for Champion Junior Nigerian Dwarf Doe.  Her dam finished the show with Reserve Grand Champion Best Doe in Show, so they both earned the top two spots for Nigerian Dwarfs in the show as well as 1st Place Dam/Daughter.  The judge loved June just as much as we do!  We'll be keeping June as a dry yearling and plan to freshen her as a 2 year old in 2024.
